1. ROUND RINGER TOURNAMENT

Saturday, April 19 thru Sunday, September 21.

All members will be entered in Flights as per their handicaps as of Friday, April 11.

Format:
Post the lowest score for each hole during the season. Scores may be changed. Only scores when playing with another male member may be posted and that score must be attested to by that member.


No Golfer of the Year point allocations - winner of each flight to receive $25 gift certificate.

Format:
All matches are played scratch (no handicaps) and must be completed on the day scheduled. Championship and "A" players play from blue tees, all other players from white tees.


Golfer of the Year Point Allocations:
Championship and A Flight: 8 points for qualifying and then 4 points for every match won. No points for byes or disqualifications.
All other flights: 4 points for every match won. No points for byes or disqualifications.

15. RYDER CUP

Saturday and Sunday, August 30 & 31

Format: Ryder Cup style tournament. Tournament chairman, golf chairman and director in charge of tournament will select team captains, who in turn will have a "captain's pick" prior to drafting of teams. Ryder Cup to consist of four nine-hole matches (best ball, two-man scramble, Pinehurst and singles). Member entry fee, if any, for shirts and hats to be determined by Tournament Chairman and Directors in charge of tournament.

Golfer of the Year Point Allocations:
Each player in the Ryder Cup who earns a point, as an individual, or with a partner, will receive double the amount of points for each win. Thus, if you win 3 points over the two days, you will collect 6 points toward the 2007 Golfer of the Year Tournament.

Tournament Policy for Tie-Breaking and Seeding

1. In Match play matches will be decided by a sudden death playoff, starting at hole #1.

2. Qualifying and Medal play tournaments will be decided by a 3 hole playoff on holes #1, #2, #3 and if necessary then a sudden death playoff starting at hole #4.

3. Tournaments played in shotgun format - ties are broken by net total scores of holes #1, #5, #14 and #17. If still tied, by a sudden death starting at hole #2.

NO SHOW/NO CALL POLICY FOR TOURNAMENTS

First offense - if notice is not given within 48 hours of the event (unless there are extraordinary circumstances, at the discretion of the tournament chairman) the member will receive a phone call andletter from the tournament chairman.

Second offense - if notice is not given within 48 hours of the event (unless there are extraordinary circumstances, at the discretion of the tournament chairman) the member will forfeit his privilege to play in the next two scheduled tournament events.

Member/Guest - unless one-week notice is given prior to the event, the member will be charged the out-of-pocket cost of the price of the event (in order to meet fixed costs).

Interclub - if notice is not given within 48 hours of the event (unless there are extraordinary circumstances, at the discretion of either the tournament chairman or Interclub event chairman) the member will be charged for the event at the same rate as all participants (to meet expenses).
